The Leaf Blower is a Hardmode magic gun that has a 1/7 (14.29%) chance of being dropped by Plantera. When used, it rapidly fires a spread of leaf projectiles that begin swerving slightly after traveling about 15 tiles. The leaves cannot pass through blocks or pierce enemies.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

Notes

• While wielding the Leaf Blower, a green tank which appears to contain a small tree will appear on the player's back. The Heat Ray, Elf Melter, Clentaminator, and Terraformer also have this feature.
  • If the player has a pair of wings equipped, the wings will not be visible unless in use.

Trivia

• In real life, a leaf blower is a device that fires air out of a nozzle to move plant-based debris, including leaves and grass cuttings.
• On some mounts, the Leaf Blower does not appear properly on the back. It will instead appear a few pixels too high as if it was stuck to the player's head.
