The Drakomire Rider is a Hardmode, post-Lunatic Cultist enemy that is a combination of a Drakanian and a Drakomire, and spawns in the area of the Solar Pillar during the Lunar Events.

Notes

• If the Drakomire is killed first, the Drakanian will gain full health, but if the Drakanian is killed first, then the Drakomire will still have its current health.

Trivia

• The Drakomire Rider's spear appears to resemble the Daybreak with the Solar Eruption's tip. Despite this, the Drakomire Rider does not use it like the Daybreak normally functions, by clearly wielding it instead of throwing it.

• The Bestiary entry for the Drakomire Rider: "Many drakanians ride the beastly Drakomires as a form of battle steed. Should the Drakomire be slain, they will pursue on foot."

• Desktop 1.4.0.1: Killing a Drakanian now correctly adds the kill count to the Drakomire Rider. Previously, it would only be counted if the Drakanian was killed while it was riding the Drakomire. If the Drakomire was killed first, and then the Drakanian, the kill would not be counted.
