The Shrimp Po' Boy is a food item that grants the Plenty Satisfied buff when consumed. This lasts for 18 minutes, but can be canceled at any time by right-clicking the icon (), by selecting the icon using Cycle Next/Previous Buff and then pressing Remove Buff (), or by double-tapping the buff icon (). The Shrimp Po' Boy has a 1/50 (2%) chance of being dropped by Sharks and Crabs. Statue-spawned Sharks and Crabs do not drop it, as it is a food item.

• Po' boys are traditional sandwiches originating from Louisiana, which almost always consist of either meat, such as roast beef, or fried seafood, such as fish, shrimp, crawfish, oysters, or crab.
• Despite the name, Shrimp cannot be used to make Shrimp Po' Boys.
• Its tooltip is a play on words on the phrase "oh boy".
