The Sweetheart Necklace is an accessory which releases a concentrated burst of bees and grants the player the Panic! and (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) Honey buffs when damaged, increasing movement speed by 100% for (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) 8 / (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) 5 seconds and (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) health regeneration for 5 seconds.

Notes

• The bee-spawning effect and Honey buff of the Sweetheart Necklace, Amber Horseshoe Balloon, Bee Cloak, Honey Balloon, Honey Comb, and Stinger Necklace(Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) do not stack. The same number of bees appear after being damaged and the same duration of the Honey buff is applied, no matter how many of these items are equipped.
• Any source of damage will trigger the effects, except for damage-over-time debuffs (e.g. Burning).

Trivia

• (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) This is the only combination using a Honey Comb that can be sold for more than the parts could be individually.
• The Sweetheart Necklace's name is a pun on how, due to it being a heart necklace and honey combined, the necklace charm could literally be called a sweet heart. It is also a reference to a sweetheart neckline.
