Tin armor is a pre-Hardmode armor set consisting of the Tin Helmet, Tin Chainmail, and Tin Greaves. Crafting a full set requires a total of (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) 48 / (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) 60 Tin Bars ((Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) 144 / (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) 180 Tin Ore). The full set grants 7 defense while equipped.

Its alternate ore counterpart is the Copper armor.
