On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, the Obsidian Rose reduces lava base damage to 50 and only has a 1/50 (2%) drop chance.

Tips

  • (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) If the player has an Obsidian Rose and at least 97 defense, they will only take 1 damage from lava. The On Fire! debuff from lava will still deal full damage unless the player is also submerged in honey. This can be exploited to create an invincibility machine.
