On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, Hellfire Arrows are always destroyed on impact and cannot be retrieved (unlike many other types of arrows on these versions), and the explosion also damages the player that fired them.

Tips

  • (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) The sell price of the Hellstone Bars required to craft only 25 of these arrows is equal to the purchase price of 40 of them. It is more efficient to sell the bars and buy the arrows from the Demolitionist during Hardmode.
