It applies only to the Old-gen console and 3DS versions of Terraria, detailing their differences from modern versions.

On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, Golem has lower maximum HP: Its head has 16,000 max HP, its body has 9,000 max HP, and each fist has 7,000 max HP, for a combined total of 39,000 max HP. The Picksaw is part of his main drop pool, meaning that on these versions he will drop exactly one of the following items, all with the same chance:

On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, Golem's body can never pass through blocks. In the first phase, Golem's fists will retract immediately upon being hit with any weapon, but when Golem's head is below half health, they will no longer retract.

Golem's Expert Mode features, Enraged form, and Aftermath content are not present on these versions.

Notes

  • Heart Arrows(3DS version) are able to freeze Golem's body parts if they connect. This includes the invincible head.

Tips

  • (Old-gen console and 3DS versions) It is possible to actuate Lihzahrd Bricks. By actuating the blocks below the Lihzahrd Altar, it can be picked up and placed in a different, possibly more suitable arena. This is only possible after Plantera has been defeated.
