On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, the Rotted Fork does not generate a small shockwave at the end of its tip when used. The Rotted Fork has a higher chance of being obtained from destroying Crimson Hearts at 1/4 (25%).

Trivia

  • On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version, modifier prefixes are not added in front of "The" in the item's name, so grammatically incorrect names like "Keen The Rotted Fork" do not occur.
