On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, the Moon Charm's effect stacks with that of the Celestial Shell. Furthermore, when equipping the Moon Charm in a vanity slot, the player is given the appearance of a werewolf but the player will not receive the sounds of a werewolf and instead retains their normal human sounds.
