Legacy:Hero's set

 

This is the Legacy page whose information relates to the article Hero's set.
It applies only to the Old-gen console and 3DS versions of Terraria, detailing their differences from modern versions.

On the  Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DS version, each piece of the Hero's set is crafted with 3 Purple Thread instead of Green Thread. Crafting the full set on these versions therefore requires 9 Purple Thread, which are in turn crafted from 27 Mushroom Grass Seeds.

The color of the Hero's set is purple on the  Old-gen console version.

Trivia

• On the  Old-gen console version, the set's color was changed to purple due to copyright concerns.^[1]
• Even though the set is green on the Nintendo 3DS version, it still requires Purple Thread to craft.
• Despite being a Nintendo console, the Wii U edition of the game does not change the set to green.
