On the Old-gen console version, crafting a full set of Frost armor requires a total of 3 Frost Cores and 46 Hallowed Bars. The set bonus does not increase the player's damage on these versions; the full set only grants +16% melee and ranged damage. Furthermore, the set bonus causes weapons to inflict Frostburn instead of Frostbite.

Notes
- On the Nintendo version, Ice Golems have a 1/3 (33.33%) chance of dropping each piece of Frost armor.
Tips
- The Dungeon Guardian is not immune to the Frostburn debuff, thus making Frost armor useful in obtaining the Bone Key.
- For ranged users on the Old-gen console version and Nintendo version, this armor has slightly more defense than Hallowed armor with the Hallowed Helmet. However, the damage bonuses are only equal to those from Mythril armor.
