On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, the Depth Meter has a 1/200 (0.5%) chance of being dropped by Cave Bats, Jungle Bats, Ice Bats, and Giant Bats, and it can also be crafted.

  • On Old-gen console version Old-gen console, depth is measured in meters instead of feet, with two tiles equaling one meter.
  • On 3DSNintendo 3DS version, depth is not measured, and the only benefits the accessory grants are from its modifiers.
