On the Old-gen console version Old-gen console version and Nintendo 3DSNintendo 3DS version version, enemies and players alike are dealt 6 damage per second when afflicted with Cursed Inferno. The debuff does not cause enemies to take increased knockback on these versions.

Spectral Arrows are a source of Cursed Inferno.
